Our guarantee: We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. All sold animals will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you. It's difficult to put a longer term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. For example, if you keep a leopard gecko on a calcium based sand and it gets impacted, that is not something we have any control over. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices.


Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We want you to be happy with the animals you receive from us; if there are any problems we need to know about them right away.


If you do have trouble with any animals you receive from us within one week of receipt, please contact us and let us help you find a solution to the problem. If a replacement is necessary, we reserve the right to replace the animal with a similar animal that has the same value. If the animal cannot be replaced, we will give you credit towards a different type or towards a future purchase. We do not give out cash refunds.


Acclimating Geckos: Geckos will sometimes go into a fasting mode when shipped as well. We raise our geckos in plastic tubs in rack systems. If they are moved into a larger, glass cage, they will sometimes become stressed. Do not panic if they do not feed immediately. Some subadult or adult geckos take several weeks to begin feeding. As long as their bodyweight does not significantly drop, there is no need for alarm. Please see our care information pages for troubleshooting and tips on acclimation.


Choose the animal(s) you are interested in. Please contact us via phone or email to make sure the animal is available. We want you to have a good experience adding our animals to your collection. When you contact us, we can give you an exact price quote including shipping fees.


Shipping in the US: All of our animals are shipped Fed Ex Overnight, live delivery guaranteed. The cost for most shipments is $50 per box. We can fit a large number of animals in each box so there is no additional shipping charges if you purchase a group of animals. We use insulated boxes to help stabilize the temperature. If needed, 30 hour heat packs are also used. In summer, we will use cool packs to keep the animals from overheating. For small orders, most animals are packaged individually in deli style containers with air holes. Larger orders may require us to put them in groups to save on space. Our survival rate with Fed Ex is around 99%. If there are any losses, we need to be notified within 24 hours, with a photo of the deceased animal sent via email. We do not issue cash refunds for losses, but we do replace the animal at no charge. We ship in the late afternoon or early evening and the package usually arrives the following morning before noon. Someone must be present at the address to sign for the package. Shipments can be sent to your place of employment if you prefer. We usually ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

International Orders:  We do not ship internationally. However, for larger orders, it is possible to have a shipment sent through an exporter.  Shipping internationally is expensive and requires permits, inspections, and airline shipping fees.  These costs must be paid by the customer to the exporter, before the shipment is sent.  The minimum order for international shipments is $1000, not including export costs.  Please contact us for details and contact information for our exporter.

Canadian Orders:  If you live within a drivable distance to the US border, it is possible to have your shipment sent via Fed Ex to any US city near the border. The cost would be $50. You can pick the package up at the Fed Ex station, then take them over the border. You will have to pay a tax at the border when they are inspected, but it is still much cheaper than having the shipment sent directly into Canada. 

Individual Photos: Whenever possible, we try to have individual photographs of many of the animals we have for sale. Unfortunately, with the large number we produce, it's impossible to have photos of every animal. Generally, we do not have photos of our hatchings and young juveniles lizards. If you look on our various pages, we have photos showing examples of each type we are working with. You can expect your new addition to look similar to those in the photos. We do provide individual photos of most of our higher quality sub-adult and adult animals. You can see a photo and some general information including length/weight, sex, and price. We do try to take individual photos of all our visible color morphs of snakes. We do not have individual photos of any normal-looking snakes, including those that are heterozygous for recessive traits.


Placing Animals on Hold: A 25% deposit is required to put animals on hold.  We cannot hold animals without a deposit.  All deposits are non-refundable. 

Deposits and Payment Plans: We offer payment plans on most of our more valuable animals, usually those with prices exceeding 1000 or more. To hold a specific animal(s), a minimum deposit of 30% is required. Monthly payments can be made after that. The duration of the payment plan is determined by the value of the purchase. When a deposit and payment plan is set up, we will provide a contract that will be signed by the buyer and seller so both parties are aware of the conditions of the sale (animals purchased, purchase price, and payment plan). Once the animal(s) are paid in full, shipping arrangements will be made.


Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Please consider this when deciding to make a purchase. We cannot have an animal on hold with a deposit and payments made, only to have the customer decide they don't want the animal anymore and want their money back. There's no point in doing deposits or payment plans if we just have to send the money back if a customer changes their mind. The only exceptions to this is if the animal gets sick or dies while still in our care and we have no similar animal we can replace it with. It is EXTREMELY rare for this to happen. We are flexible with the duration of our payment plans. We understand that sometimes, a customer has a setback and can't pay for a purchase in the agreed upon length of time. If it takes an extra couple weeks, even a month to finish a payment plan, that is understandable. However, we cannot keep an animal on hold indefinitely because a customer has no means to finish paying for it. We will be as accommodating as possible in these situations, but we do reserve the right to cancel a plan completely 60 days after the final payment was to be made. Please be sure you want to make a purchase, and will have the funds to do it, before committing to it.


Payment: Once you know the animal(s) are available, the next step is payment. We have 5 basic methods of payment.


1. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS have a three day hold on them to ensure they clear before the shipment is sent out. A Money Order for the total amount including shipping can be sent to our address. Along with the payment, please enclose a note containing your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL, and your ORDER. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving payment so we can set up a shipping date.


2. PAYPAL, www.paypal.com can also be used for payment. This is a very user-friendly, quick way to make online payments. We have completed over 2000 transactions with PayPal over the past few years.


3. PERSONAL CHECKS have a 10 day hold on them to make sure they clear before the shipment is sent out. Along with the payment, please enclose a note containing your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL, and your ORDER. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving payment so we can set up a shipping date.


4. CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Please call us if you want to use this method as we need to get your information over the phone. Never email anyone your credit card number or information.  We can also accept payment using our safe, secure online shopping cart.


5. WIRE TRANSFER. Please contact us for our bank ABA routing number and advise what your order will be. A 15 wire transfer fee will be added to your order. All International orders are required to pay for orders using a wire transfer.


Note: We aggressively prosecute all fraud transactions.

Acclimation and caring for your new animals: We want our animals to do well for you. It is very important that they are kept properly. Please see our care information pages on our site. We have lots of useful tips on acclimating your new animal, cage setup, feeding, breeding, etc.

It's very difficult to figure out who's who when you can't meet them in person. We've learned this the hard way a couple of times.
